I have a Nextbox HD PVR 4K box that I own. I am trying to sell it. A buyer called Rogers, provided the serial number to confirm that the box was free and clear (which they confirmed). But Rogers told the person that the box was not 4K, that it was a regular HD PVR. I believe Rogers has it listed that way because they gave me the upgraded box even though I ordered a regular HD PVR. Is there a way for me to have this resolved (I lost the buyer)?

I'm curious. Does Sportsnet have a dedicated page listing 4K broadcast schedules like TSN does for its 4K channel?
Example:

Now, I do know that the Sportnset 4K logo sometimes appears in the live events schedule here:

But I'd feel like it would be more convenient if there was a full 4K schedule for the Sportsnet 4K channels.
Also, somewhat related but is there a 4K schedule yet for the 2019 Blue Jays season?

I was hoping to find a British channel that had some British comedies as well as news programs. I can't seem to find them on the list of channels but thought I would ask in case I am just missing them somewhere along the line.

Had always been able to watch Anyplace TV on my iPad but all week have gotten error ‘Whatever show had some trouble loading. Please try again later (1006). I have reinstalled the app but no change. It is working on other devices.

Recently, we’ve experienced at least 3 episodes of different Food Network shows ending before they are finished. As is, the show abruptly ends two thirds of the way through and we are kicked back to the start with only the option of watching it over again, not to resume where we left off.
This makes the experience terrible since we don’t know how the episodes ended. Is this a known issue? Has anyone else experienced it?

Just had unit installed today but does not seem to be working. Box is cycling through a booting sequence that does not seem to end. Display shows the letter ‘h’ and cycles through numbers up to ~800(?). Any ideas?
1005 error for android Samsung S5
I am using rogers anyplace tv version latest app version, 13.2.027.10 on my android S5 and I get an error .
It says Find out if your devices are compatible, search in the Help Center. (1005)
So what should I do for the 1005 error?

Have been having this issue for the past few days - whenever I try to watch something, everything goes black for a second and it happens almost every 10-20 seconds. Makes it hard to watch - have tried resetting the modem and unplugging and unplugging the cable box back in. Any suggestions?

I have a nextbox 3.0, a few weeks ago my Poster Art for recorded/scheduled programs started disappearing, now all of it is gone. I have already rebooted, opened 3 chat sessions with Rogers Techs, they zapped the box 3 times. I have also done a factory reset. None of this has fixed the issue. Is there a fix?

Recieve error "30105 : Username or password is incorrect" when logging into anyplace tv on pc.
Username and password are correct and works on other device, phone. What is the problem? no issues one week ago, no changes to account. Why Rogers??

I have a Cisco Nextbox 9865 PVR from Rogers. Recently, I noticed I was missing one of my scheduled series recordings (that’s been recording fine for years). No matter what I do I can’t get the series to record. All other series record fine. I’ve got it set to new episodes only and confirmed in the listing that the new programs are marked “new” (although I tried changing the setting to “all” and it still didn’t work).
I’ve tried unplugging the box. I deleted and reposted the series. Tried recording the same show from a different channel (153 instead of the original 18). Nothing works. Seems very specific to this one program (Jimmy Kimmel at 11:35 eastern time). Odd.
Any ideas?

I have a Sharp tv connected to a NextBox 9865.
when I use the Roku app on iPad or iPhone and try to use headphones it says private listening not available for HDMI cable box.
it works great on Netflix or YouTube, etc. just not cable.
Anybody have any ideas what I can try? Or is it a lost cause.

Hello, CTV Kitchener on channel 12 in Waterloo Region has no Dolby Digital 5.1 for over a month! I get Pro Logic on all shows and commercials. Any solutions? Thank you. Today, I got a text saying unable to find a problem.
